613 Day 2025 Giveaway Official Rules

To Enter:

• Method 1: Purchase Entry - Place any order on DSF.613originals.com on June 13, 2025. Automatic entry with each order placed. Limit one entry per person via this method.
• Method 2: Instagram Post - Post a photo or video of your design using any 613 Originals heat transfers to Instagram and tag @613originals. Caption must include #613DayGiveaway and the specific heat transfer product name (e.g., Varsity, Original, Puff, DTF, Glow, etc.). You can enter multiple times with different/unique posts. Posts posted from 6/10/25 12:00 AM EST trhough 6/13/25 11:59 PM EST will be counted.
• Method 3: No Purchase Necessary Entry - Email your full name, business name, and mailing address to hello@613originals.com. Subject line must be "613 Day 2025 Giveaway". Email must be received by June 13, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Limit one entry per person via this method.

OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of 613 Originals, LLC (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of 613 Originals, LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway period is June 13, 2025 from 12:00 AM EST through 11:59 PM EST.

4. How to Enter: There are three (3) methods of entry as described above. Each entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of 613 Originals, LLC. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of 613 Originals, LLC.

5. Prizes:

• One (1) Grand Prize: $613 store credit for 613originals.com
• Three (3) Second Prizes: $50 store credit each for 613originals.com
• Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $763

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on or about June 17, 2025. Winners will be notified via email and/or Instagram within five (5) days following winner selection. 613 Originals, LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return completed documentation as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you understand that 613 Originals, LLC will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity, your entry, including your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Terms: 613 Originals, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway. 613 Originals, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. By entering, you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from 613 Originals, LLC. You can opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless 613 Originals, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from (i) your participation in the giveaway and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (iv) electronic or human error in administration or processing of entries.

11. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND NEW JERSEY. As a condition of participating, you agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively before a court located in New Jersey having jurisdiction. You waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
